Privacy Policy

Hotel Lobby AI collects the account details supplied by our authentication provider, purchase records needed to deliver Credits, and the images and video files needed to operate the service. We use private object storage and time-limited access links for media.

We send the two selected input images and fixed production settings to our configured video provider only to make your requested video. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, not stored by Hotel Lobby AI. We may use privacy-conscious analytics and error monitoring to keep the service reliable.

Free-trial protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile plus pseudonymous hashes of eligible identity, network, and browser-installation signals. Raw IP addresses and browser IDs are not stored as trial records. Media is retained for up to 30 days unless operational needs require shorter retention.

We may retain limited transaction and anti-fraud records where required for security, accounting, or legal obligations.
