Refund Policy

Hotel Lobby AI sells one-time Credit packs. Credits are consumed when a video is successfully completed. If a generation fails before a result is delivered, the service automatically returns the reserved 10 Credits.

For unused Credit-pack purchase requests, contact support with your order ID within 14 days. Eligibility depends on applicable law, whether Credits have been used, and fraud-prevention review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

We cannot refund a completed generation solely because creative results differ from expectations, but we welcome reports of technical failures. Chargebacks or payment disputes may temporarily restrict account access while we investigate.
